Your enquiry

When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, organisation (if provided), chosen service and message are transmitted to our Cloudflare-hosted server endpoint. Our transactional email provider, Resend, handles delivery to our mailbox so we can read and respond to your request. Your address is used as the email reply-to address.

We use these details to respond to business enquiries and discuss potential data acquisition or services. We do not create a separate contact-form database on the website. Your enquiry may be retained in our company mailbox and in our email provider's delivery records. Please do not include confidential datasets or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information for delivery, performance and security. We validate form submissions and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Resend processes the information needed to deliver your enquiry email.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use advertising tracking or a first-party analytics service. Our fonts and illustrations are bundled locally. Cloudflare security services, including Turnstile when enabled, may use technical browser information to operate.

Privacy requests

For enquiries about your personal data, including applicable access, correction or erasure requests, use the website contact form, select “Another opportunity” and identify your message as a privacy request. Information supplied under a separate data acquisition or services agreement may be handled differently.
